  • How can I book an appointment?

    Give us a call or send us a text at (402) 278-3069, or fill out our contact form. The more information you provide, the faster we’ll be able to schedule your groom! You'll hear from us within one business day with an estimate and our current availability.

  • Do I need to be home?

    Only for your first appointment! We want to get to know you, your furry friend, and your location first. After that, there are several ways we can coordinate drop-in visits, just ask for latch-key service!

  • Do you need to plug in to my home for power or water?

    Nope! Our salon is fully equipped with everything we need to meet you, wherever you are!

  • What vaccines does my dog need?

    For safety, every pet will need vet paperwork showing current vaccination against rabies.

  • Do I need to have a driveway?

    Nope! Our 100% mobile grooming salon can park anywhere paved and level to provide pet grooming services at houses, apartment buildings, retirement homes, or office buildings!

  • How long will grooming take?

    Depending on the size and needs of your pet, a groom can take anywhere from 45 minutes for a bath and blow dry for a small dog to 3 hours for a full groom on a large dog. We’ll give you an estimate when we arrive and meet your sidekick.

  • How far in advance should I schedule my next appointment?

    To stay ahead of demand and to properly care for your pet, we highly recommend booking appointments for 6 months into the future. Most breeds should be kept on a regular schedule of  4-8 weeks. We’re happy to help you determine the best schedule for you and your paw-tner!

  • Can I watch my pet or be in the van during the groom?

    Unfortunately, no. Our insurance policies will not allow human clients in the salon. However, you are more than welcome to take a peek inside before or after the groom if you’d like to see what our brand new mobile grooming salon looks like!
